Failure is your reality

In gym yesterday, I failed on bench press and incline press. I am on a weight cut (currently going negative 700 calories daily) – So failure was kinda inevitable. But in those 30 mins of failure and lifting weight again, Reality nudged me.

Do you know, time slows down in failure. (Be that your workout or part of life)
You think. Either good or bad.
You either curse yourself or accept the reality. You need to understand that failure is your reality.
Failure means you tried and you failed. You need to take the responsibility.
If whatever thing you are failing is worth it, failure should not defeat you.
You need to stop, wait, rest and try again. And again. And again.
You need to have fun in failing. (Remember Al Pacino in Scarface, he says it was fun.)
Or do you remember Tyler Durden in Fight Club? He says how much you know about yourself if you’ve never been in a fight!?
Failure shows you your limits, your extent of power – be it anywhere.
Failure means you are pushing the limits where everyone is busy accepting the limits.
Failure is your reality. Fail progressively higher!
