The Greatest Money Advice of All

Secret of an enriching life? Here it is! And no offenses please.

I was watching a movie – Gambler (2015) – don’t bother to watch it, it is not a good movie. Yet, this movie has the greatest advice you can have about money.

Understand this, money is a sacred thing. If you breath with it purely, it enables you freedom. I am saying this because in the previous decade, I have seen humongous debts where I thought disrespecting money could kill you. And, I am also seeing that, if you respect money, if you hold purity in your thoughts about money, money would make you eternal. Eternal is a heavy word, but I must tell you that money is as heavier and sacred as eternity. Money doesn’t give you houses and cars and dresses and holidays and luxuries (not to mention futile ego, which money could take away anytime). Money is not that impure. Money gives you what everyone craves for, Freedom.

Back to the Movie, the greatest advice. Please watch the video, and don’t react, just let it seep into your consciousness.

I apologize for the language used. Transcript is written after the video.

The Position of F*** You (John Goodman in The Gambler)

You get up two and a half million dollars, any a**hole in the world knows what to do. You get a house with 25-year roof, an indestructible Jap economy sh*tbox, you put the rest into the system at 3 to 5 percent to pay your taxes, and that’s your base, get me? That’s your Fortress of F***ing Solitude. That puts you for the rest of your life at a level of “F*** You”.
Somebody wants you to do something? “F*** You.” Boss pisses you off? “F*** You.”
Own your house, have a couple bucks in the bank, don’t drink. That’s all I have to say to anybody at any social level.
Did your grandfather take risks? (Yes.)
I guarantee he did it from a position of f*** you.
A wise man’s life is based around f*** you. The United States of America is based around f*** you. You’re a king? You have an army? Greatest navy in the history of the world? ‘F*** you, blow me! … … …’
