Endure Master Wayne, Endure!
Alfred to Bruce Wayne (Movie – Batman, The Dark Knight)
Sometimes, when I am reading something profound, I feel that how ignorant I was in the past.
Musing while reading
In the future, I want to feel the same, so that I could learn more new and profound knowledge, for long…
Out-of-Body
What the f*** was today’s workout!? God, I was high. I was elevated. I could feel every single cell of my body throbbing; as if I was present in all those individual cells.
In the past, I’ve had legit highs from workouts, but this was on another level. This may sound an overstatement, but at one point, without being aware, teardrops rolled out of my eyes. These were not the tear drops of sadness, happiness (no such non-sense); these came because of the body-high I was having.
Boy, they tell me that I would have so many good things because of my workouts like strength, fitness, attention from girls etc. Some say that it must be tough to crush your body, and eat what is not pleasurable etc. But that’s not the point my friends. This high, this feeling, or the feeling I get every time I push myself in the workouts is beyond strength, fitness, and attention. This summer, I’ll be 30 – and yet, I feel like I still am a 20 year old flamboyant dude. Who f***ing cares what the world think, how we feel is all that matter!
Let us wait till summer, so that we’ll celebrate my 20th birthday,
till then,
Adios…
Agape
It is a very long post. I can not compress it. But I promise you, every sentence I typed, or added, is because it was essential. I may sound philosophical, but philosophy is the only truth for conveying depth. I may be shallow at times, but depth is what gives me meaning.
Love… … …
Eros – The word erotic comes from Eros. There’s a deeper meaning of Eros. Eros is the love of being one with something. What you consume, what you become one with (mostly physically) is Eros. I am thirsty, I drink water, I feel good while drinking, that is Eros.
Philia – The love that is born out of co-operation. When I drive my car and it co-operates like I want it to be; I feel in love with my car – that is philia. We are working on a classroom project. We feel connected. We share pani-puri after the work for we feel connected because of the co-operation. That is Philia. The love born out of after marriage is philia. They co-operate, and love emerges. It is another thing that people think that love born out of marriage is exclusive, but they too know that, deep within somewhere, it is not the love what love should be.
Neither Eros, nor Philia makes you human. Animals consume and animals co-operate. They are an integral part of this Universe, and they should always be there. Without them, nothing will exist. But… … …
Before the ‘But’, I will introduce you a new word, Kairos. Kairos means the moment which transforms you. Kairos means the moment when you cease to be the ordinary and you transform into something greater than yourself. Kairos is the moment where you expand.
Back to ‘But’… There’s third kind of Love.
Agape – This is not the love born out of consumption or co-operation. This is the love of creation. Agape is the love where you find yourself that you have become a human. Agape is the love where you feel truly loved, not by the other one, but because of the other one. The other one could be a person, a place, a time, whatever. Agape is when you feel transformed and you forget yourself. The love for a child is Agape. This may sound gross, but for the sake of an example, we don’t consume a child, neither the child co-operates. We give, and give, and give, without expecting anything. That is Agape. Because, this giving makes us human. This giving transforms us. This giving makes us more than ourselves. Agape elevates us above ourselves. Agape gives us our Kairos. Agape is that we become everything that we love. It makes you the God, the expansion of yourself. Agape flows through you.
Agape is not sacrifice. Because when you sacrifice, you know that you are losing something. In truth, Agape is where you know you are losing everything, yet, you are gaining everything. After Agape, you cease to become what you were, you transform.
शमा कहे परवाने से, परे चला जा
This is Agape

There’s a great paragraph from mythology, here’s the link.
Hello Reader. I want to share few brilliant undetected talented people I have found in the recent days.
- Prof. Stephen H. Penman from Columbia Business School
Stephen Penman is the author of the book ‘Accounting for Value’. After Benjamin Graham’s two books, The Intelligent Investor & Security Analysis, I was not able to find a radical book about businesses and stock market. But, when I read Stephen Penman’s book, I found the same quality as of the Benjamin Graham’s books. - John Vervaeke
John Vervaeke is a cognitive scientist who practices meditation since previous 20 years. He has published a 50 episode long YouTube series named ‘Awakening from the Meaning Crisis’. This series is an anthropological study of consciousness. One should understand that there is a clear difference between history and anthropology. History is facts only, anthropology is the meaning of the history to humans. Yuval Noah Harari’s all three books – The Sapiens, The Homo Deus, and 21 Lessons for the 21st Century – are the most illuminating anthropological books a curious mind can read. John Vervaeke’s series is on the same level.
I can not watch for educational purposes, I like to read. Rather than watching, I have printed the transcripts of the above series which I am reading currently. The whole series may go 1000 pages long, but I tell you that every page is worth it.
Please note that the above personalities are not to be read by the beginners, because they are working on an advanced level. One needs to go through the prerequisites first.
Prerequisites –
Prof. Stephen H. Penman – Basic Accounting Theory, The Intelligent Investor & The Security Analysis by Benjamin Graham.
John Vervaeke – Yuval Noah Harari’s all three books and daily practice of Meditation.
Bonjour cher ami…
I did not meet God. I sat for a deep long meditation yesterday. I had a beautiful experience. Obviously, I won’t be able to explain it. Our mind is so petty and conditioned that it tries to verbalize everything. The most important goal of Meditation is to go beyond our mind’s verbalization. Can there be an explanation when language doesn’t even exist? I can not explain.
Yes, I did not meet God (can you see this? This is my mind verbalizing). I still am deeply joyous.
We all are emptiness. We are an emptiness in a way we could not even imagine.
“Breathe Deep, Smile, and Radiate…”
My Dear Reader, Thank You for being there. I truly mean it…
The Break
As I took a break from my workouts, I have been left with 3 hours of free time daily. This is awesome. For me, time is the most valuable thing. I protect it the most. I am not busy; but I don’t like to waste my time for things I do not want to do. First preference is always the things which add knowledge, service, and contentment. After that, I turn toward obligations (only if I have time for them; else, I say no to the obligations).
I did not disappoint myself. In this free time, I was able to do 4 great meetings with my partners. Along with them, I have started reading Warren Buffett’s Annual Letters since 1957, again. I remember reading them 7-8 years back. Also, I read 2 new books apart from my daily reading.
Now, I am waiting for a right time – which I’ll go by my intuition – to sit for a long meditation. We need to empty our mind. We need to not hurry. We need not to force. We need not to anticipate. We need to be relaxed and joyous. Only then, intuition will spark.
As of my recovery, the neurons are firing. I am able to lift a spoon. 😉 Just kidding. I’ll recover best by the next Sunday.
Today I died again
Today, I, suddenly, lost my strength in the workouts. Suddenly is the key word.
I haven’t have taken a single day off from workout since previous Feb. After working out for some time, fatigue builds up in the body. It builds up marginally, but at its tipping point, you deplete all your strength reserves. Imagine, you are pumping all the horse-power you have, day by day, for a year. This happened with me today. I used to bench press 75kg for 8 reps with 4 sets (i.e. 75kg x 32 in a session). Today, I was able to perform only 2 reps.
Not that I got discouraged. This was a sign that I should take a break now. I should let the body build up its reserves and regenerate once again. So, for the next 10 days, I am gonna take a break from my workouts. After 10 days, I’ll have my strength back.
This is a wonderful opportunity for me to do my kept-aside things. The most important thing I’ll do is I’ll meet God. I haven’t sat for a deep long meditation since October 2019. I do daily meditations, but I have not entered that realm since. There were two reasons. You need at least 4-5 days to grasp everything. 2 days are so intense that you are barely able to perform your daily tasks. Also, after workouts, we need sleep. But after that intense meditation, you are barely able to sleep for 48 hours. I don’t know that if I’ll meet God or not, but I’ll do my best to meditate.
So, losing my strength suddenly is a death, but to be born again, you need to die first!
Those who are afraid of dying, have never lived!
